MacOS versions of the software (GUI) stopped working.

I own a life time licence of TuringBot software. Upon installing it on MacBook Pro and Linux distro, the software worked as expected. Linux version is still working fine even after upgrading TuringBot Software. However, the version xx_macOS_x86.dmg stopped working. Specifically, as soon as I try to click on most of menu items, the program crashes abruptly or does not do anything. The command line version works as expected though. So I can run it from the batch scripts etc. But GUI version became unusable. As some features available trough GUI only, I would like to have it resolved hopefully.

I am not sure what exactly broke it, either the MacOS upgrade to Ventura, or the software upgrade itself - hard to say. So, I tried the following to find the resolution:

1 I have re-uninstalled both the brew package manager and required components (as per README file) and TuringBot software. It did not help.

2 I have tried the version xx_macOS_M1.dmg on MacBook Air Ventura (with brew and components installed). It did not help.

I appreciate any insights.

Thanks for reaching out about the issue you're experiencing with the macOS version of TuringBot. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. After reading your message, I understand that you have tried some troubleshooting steps and the issue persisted.

We are working on a better way of compiling for MacOS, and hope to have a more reliable build in the next week or two. I will let you know once that is finished.

macOS versions are now available again in both Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) and Apple Intel versions. Enjoy!
